Aseem Kumar Sinha is a results-driven Senior Data Engineer with over 4 years of experience in developing software that facilitates ETL and ensures high availability of cleaned and ready-to-use data. He has worked with Grab as a Senior Data Engineer and has previously worked with Quantiphi as a Senior Data Engineer - Big Data. At Quantiphi, he implemented IFRS 17 standards for the client's requirement and performed the SCD Type I and II for the different feeds/data which they received from different sources/systems(SAP, ADR, etc). The implementation was carried out by preparing data models, processed data through spark using different AWS components like S3, glue as ETL service, lambda, SQS, SNS. He used OOPs fundamentals to follow the DRY concept. Aseem has also worked with Nineleaps as a Software Development Engineer II. He has built cost-effective, time-efficient Hive ETL's to Segment users for the 4 different products(i.e: Rider, Driver, Eater, Restaurant). He has worked on several projects such as AdTech Targeting, User Opt-Out(CCPA), Granular Attribution, Granular ReEngagement, Marketing & Development Layer, etc. He has designed, developed, analyzed, and validated MDL, restaurant attribution, granular performance jobs using SQL, Apache Spark. He has used Jira to solve the data discrepancy tickets. Aseem holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the College of Engineering & Management, Kolaghat. He has also completed his AISSCE from DAV Public School, Cantt area, Gaya, and Secondary from Nazareth Academy.
